本人主要負(fù)責(zé)印度地區(qū)客戶的跟進(jìn)工作，年后復(fù)工不久就有客戶陸陸續(xù)續(xù)表現(xiàn)出翻單的意向，原本是件值得高興的事情，但隨著3月中旬印度政府決定實(shí)施全面封鎖政策之后就再也高興不起來(lái)了。原本期盼著4月中旬市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放后情況能有所改變，但卻被告知封鎖將會(huì)延期至5月初，好不容易到了5月，這不，五一期間又收到客戶發(fā)來(lái)的信息告知印度政府已經(jīng)決定進(jìn)入第三輪為期15天的市場(chǎng)封鎖，這感覺(jué)并不亞于坐過(guò)山車，甚至有當(dāng)?shù)氐呐笥逊治觯瑢?duì)于部分疫情相對(duì)嚴(yán)重的大都市如孟買、新德里、浦那等的封鎖至少會(huì)延遲到5月底，這就意味著不少客戶的訂單將會(huì)繼續(xù)進(jìn)入不確定的等待期。

I'm mainly responsible for the follow-up work of customers in India. Soon after returning to work after the Spring Festival, some customers showed their intention to repeat order. It was a happy thing, but with the decision of the Indian government in mid March to implement the comprehensive blockade policy, I couldn't be happy any more. I was expecting the situation to change after the opening of the market in mid April, but I was told that the blockade would be extended to the beginning of May. Finally, in May, I received a message from the customer that the Indian government had decided to enter the third round of 15 day market blockade, which was no less than taking a roller coaster. Even some local friends have analyzed that the blockade of some relatively serious cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune and so on will be delayed to the end of May at least, which means that many customers' orders will continue to enter an uncertain waiting period.

雖然現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)的變化很大，居家辦公讓客戶的工作效率大大降低，但也不是所有的客戶都進(jìn)入沉睡期，阿連的文章就有不少客戶在疫情期間安排信用證和訂金的案例，包括了印度的客戶，所以對(duì)于所有的意向客戶首先我們都不要想當(dāng)然地認(rèn)為客戶只能夠在市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放之后才能安排訂金或者信用證。因?yàn)閷?duì)大部分城市，政府部門包括銀行還是開(kāi)門的，所以我們不妨先跟客戶打探清楚，利用疫情過(guò)后交貨期可能會(huì)受較大影響的情況，了解是否可以在封閉期間安排訂金或者信用證，同時(shí)也是提醒客戶提前做好安排。

Although the market has changed a lot now, home office has greatly reduced the work efficiency of customers, but not all customers have entered the sleeping period. In my article, there are many cases of customers arranging L/C and deposit during the epidemic, including customers in India. So for all intending customers, first of all, we should not take it for granted that customers can only arrange deposit or L/C after market opening. Because for most cities, government departments and banks are still open to the public, we might as well inquire about the situation from the customers first, using the situation that the delivery period may be greatly affected after the epidemic to find out whether the deposit or L/C can be arranged during the closed period, and also reminding the customers to make arrangements in advance.

沒(méi)有訂單的日子，我覺(jué)得最重要是要調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)和狀態(tài)，不能因?yàn)闊o(wú)所謂的擔(dān)憂而影響自己對(duì)市場(chǎng)甚至是行業(yè)的判斷，更多的應(yīng)該要以積極的心態(tài)面對(duì)，可以利用這段相對(duì)比較沉默的時(shí)期做好客戶資源的儲(chǔ)備，與客戶建立起更深層次的交流，建立客戶對(duì)你的信任，這樣才能夠在疫情過(guò)后當(dāng)客戶有所需求的時(shí)候第一時(shí)間想到你，并愿意將訂單交付于你，這些都有賴于我們前期付出以及積極面對(duì)的心態(tài)。

I think the most important thing in the day when there is no order is to adjust our mentality and not to let the redundant worries affect our judgment on the market or even the industry. We should be faced with a positive attitude. We can use this relatively silent period to do a good job in customer resource reserve, establishING a deeper level of communication with customers, and buildING customers' trust in you. In this way, customers can think of you at the first time when they have needs after the epidemic and are willing to place orders with you, which depends on our early efforts and positive attitude.
